Hi, I'm Ian and I have been a wedding photographer for over twenty years. During that time I have probably covered over a thousand weddings so ... you could say I have plently of experience. 

Wedding photography has always been more than just owning a fancy camera and being able to take decent photographs. Good photographs at a wedding don't just happen, you have to organise things to a certain degree,  be able to take natural and creative photographs under pressure and above all remember that it is someones wedding day not just a 'photo shoot'.

My approach is that I will have to organise the more traditionasl pictures for you but there will be plenty of time to take those unposed and relaxed pictures as well. Its a combination I know from experience works well and keeps everyone happy. You have all heard the horror stories of the photographer that was a total pain, took hours to take the photos, disappeared for an age with the bride and groom,and annoyed the guests making them late for their meal ! Well ... I can promise that won't be me. I'll keep things moving, get all the pictures you want, and be out of your hair before you know it.
